HR Manager

Cyber Shield IT Services is hiring for the position of HR Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time opportunity in the Human Resources / Information Technology sector.

Job Overview: This role is intended for candidates with Proven hands-on HR experience in the UAE. The stated qualification is Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The advertised salary is AED 12,000 – AED 18,000 per month (Estimated).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment through separation.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance-management activities.
• Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and applicable HR regulations.
• Coordinate payroll, WPS, leave administration, attendance, and end-of-service processes.
• Handle MOHRE, visa, work-permit, and other government-related HR procedures.
• Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, systems, and employee processes.
• Advise management on HR matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support employee engagement and organizational-development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on HR management experience in the UAE.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR regulations.
• Practical experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of payroll, WPS, leave, attendance, and end-of-service benefits.
• Familiarity with MOHRE, visa, work-permit, and government HR procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
