Trade247 is looking for a proactive, detail-minded HR & People Operations Specialist to join its Dubai team. This role suits an HR professional with solid UAE experience who likes owning day-to-day people operations end-to-end.
You’ll support the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR admin, and compliance with UAE employment rules. Experience in trading, forex, financial services, or fintech is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Handling employee relations and day-to-day HR support
- Coordinating onboarding, performance management, and people ops
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and MOHRE rules
- Supporting HR admin and process improvements
What you bring:
- 2+ years of UAE HR experience
- Practical knowledge of UAE labour law and MOHRE processes
- Recruitment and employee relations background
- Trading, forex, financial services, or fintech experience is a strong advantage
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
