AJEX is growing its Dubai team and needs an organized Human Resources Executive who can juggle admin duties while supporting employees in a professional setting.
You’ll need a strong grasp of UAE labour law and solid communication skills, along with the flexibility to manage a range of HR and administrative tasks in a fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support daily HR and admin activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Assist with employee processes and HR correspondence
- Keep HR activities aligned with UAE labour law
- Provide admin support to the HR team and staff
- Manage HR communications professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- Practical knowledge of UAE labour law
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
