HR Professional

KH Legal – Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking an experienced HR Professional to manage and develop its human-resources function in Dubai. The position requires a proactive HR leader capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, administration, and UAE employment compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the firm’s HR operations and policies.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Manage attendance, performance processes, employee records, and reporting.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE employment requirements and internal policies.
• Provide HR guidance and regular reports to senior management.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Drive organized and professional HR processes with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Significant proven HR experience; professional-services or legal-sector experience is preferred.
• Strong HR management, supervision, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of UAE employment practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
