Job Overview: A leading organization is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for Oil & Gas projects in the UAE. The position carries responsibility for HSE strategy, compliance, risk management, incident investigation and leadership of project safety teams, with ADNOC approval being a mandatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation of HSE management systems across Oil & Gas project activities.
- Develop, monitor and enforce project HSE plans and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage HSE personnel and provide direction on safety initiatives and performance.
- Conduct audits, inspections, incident investigations and follow-up actions.
- Identify project hazards and ensure appropriate risk controls are implemented.
- Coordinate with project management and other stakeholders on safety requirements.
- Track corrective and preventive actions and promote continual HSE improvement.
Requirements:
- ADNOC Approved HSE Manager is mandatory.
- Minimum 20+ years of HSE experience.
- Proven experience working on ADNOC projects.
- Strong Oil & Gas industry background.
- Knowledge of HSE management systems, risk management and international standards.
- Experience with audits, inspections, incident investigation and corrective actions.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and decision-making abilities.
- UAE/GCC project experience is preferred.
Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
Salary: AED 30,000 – AED 45,000 per month (Estimated). The compensation figure is presented as estimated where indicated in the source listing.
