Job Overview: Minar Chemicals is looking for a Chemist to support chemical manufacturing and quality activities in Ajman. The position is intended for a professional who can contribute to laboratory testing, product-quality checks, formulation support and safe manufacturing practices while maintaining accurate technical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical analysis and laboratory testing as required for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality against established specifications and production standards.
• Support testing and evaluation of chemical formulations and finished products.
• Maintain clear laboratory records, test results and quality documentation.
• Follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals and laboratory equipment.
• Work with production and quality teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement of laboratory and manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Relevant chemistry or related scientific background is preferred.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or laboratory operations is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.
• Knowledge of chemical testing, quality-control practices and laboratory safety.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
