Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems within assigned facilities.
- Plan and follow up preventive maintenance activities and troubleshoot technical faults.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems for reliable performance.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily technical activities.
- Review work progress and ensure maintenance tasks meet safety and company standards.
- Investigate recurring technical issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain service records and communicate technical requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of UAE facility-management experience.
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and team supervision.
- Strong technical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Must currently be in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with colleagues, managers, customers or other stakeholders. Strong communication, organization and follow-through will be important, together with the ability to manage priorities and complete assigned responsibilities accurately.
Salary: Up to AED 8,000 per month. The compensation figure is presented as estimated where indicated in the source listing.
