China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC)
CCECC is seeking HSE Managers and HSE Officers for the Al Maktoum International Airport project in Dubai. These full-time roles support safe delivery of a major infrastructure development by implementing site safety plans, monitoring construction activities and ensuring teams follow applicable UAE health, safety and environmental requirements. Candidates with airport, terminal or other large-scale construction experience are preferred, and those able to join within 15 days will receive priority.

- Salary: HSE Manager: AED 18,000–25,000 per month; HSE Officer: AED 7,000–10,000 per month (estimated).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and project safety plans.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments, and support incident investigations.
- Review method statements and check compliance with UAE requirements and project safety rules.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety training, and promote safe working practices across the site.
- Monitor construction activity, prepare HSE reports and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in airport or terminal work, large building projects or major construction projects in the UAE is preferred.
- Exposure to piling, foundations and reinforced-concrete structures is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety procedures.
- Experience with risk assessments, method statement reviews, inspections, audits and incident investigations.
- Good reporting, communication and coordination skills.
- Availability to join within 15 days is preferred.

- Safety briefings, audit documentation and cooperation with project stakeholders.
