Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients professionally
- Manage appointment scheduling and clinic calendars
- Register patients and keep medical records accurate
- Handle calls, messages and patient inquiries
- Assist with insurance processing and billing information
- Keep the patient experience smooth and efficient
- Support general clinic administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and clinic software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- High integrity and respect for patient confidentiality
