Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients professionally
  • Manage appointment scheduling and clinic calendars
  • Register patients and keep medical records accurate
  • Handle calls, messages and patient inquiries
  • Assist with insurance processing and billing information
  • Keep the patient experience smooth and efficient
  • Support general clinic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional and approachable
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and clinic software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
  • High integrity and respect for patient confidentiality
