HSE Officer

Proficient Project Management Services LLC SPC is hiring for the position of HSE Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements across the solar project site.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support risk assessments, safe-work procedures, toolbox talks, and site safety initiatives.
• Promote safe working practices among employees, contractors, and project personnel.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident documentation, and compliance records.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation, root-cause reviews, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Work with project management and site teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

In addition to the core duties listed above, the selected candidate will be expected to maintain professional standards, communicate clearly, follow company procedures, and cooperate with internal teams and external stakeholders where applicable. Candidate Requirements

• Minimum four years of HSE experience.
• Previous solar-project experience is required.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, construction safety, and environmental requirements.
• Immediate joiners are preferred; candidates with their own visa are preferred.
