Job Overview: Total Homecare Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Ductman to join its technical team in Dubai. The position focuses on residential HVAC ducting work across villas, apartments, and other properties. The successful candidate should be able to carry out duct installation, modification, replacement, insulation, and the fitting of grills and diffusers while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, modify, repair, and replace HVAC duct systems in residential properties.
- Carry out duct insulation work and install grills, diffusers, and associated components.
- Read and follow relevant drawings, site instructions, and technical requirements.
- Inspect completed ducting work and ensure proper installation, alignment, sealing, and finish.
- Coordinate with technicians and other site personnel to complete work efficiently.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC ducting works.
- Experience with villas, apartments, and residential HVAC projects in Dubai.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
- Knowledge of duct installation, insulation, grills, diffusers, and residential HVAC practices.
Salary: AED 3,000–AED 4,500 per month (estimated).
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Employment: Full Time.
