Job Overview: Rixos The Palm Dubai is hiring a professional and guest-focused Hostess for its Food & Beverage team. The role involves creating a welcoming first impression, managing restaurant reservations, coordinating seating, and supporting smooth guest service. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with guests, comfortable in a multicultural hospitality environment, and committed to maintaining a polished and professional service standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first point of contact.
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and table allocation.
• Respond to guest questions and assist with requests in a courteous manner.
• Coordinate closely with restaurant and Food & Beverage colleagues.
• Maintain an organized reception area and professional guest-facing environment.
• Help ensure efficient guest flow and a positive dining experience during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Good understanding of restaurant reservations, seating procedures, and hospitality standards.

Salary: AED 3,500–AED 5,000 per month (estimated).

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Employment: Full Time.
