Job Overview: Voco Bonnington Dubai is recruiting hospitality professionals for two Food & Beverage positions: Food & Beverage Assistant and Food & Beverage Supervisor. These full-time opportunities are suited to candidates who enjoy guest service, teamwork, and hotel operations. The Supervisor position additionally requires proven leadership experience and the ability to coordinate a team while maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and efficient Food & Beverage service to hotel guests.
- Support daily restaurant and hospitality operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth and timely service.
- For the Supervisor role, oversee daily operations and guide team members.
- Monitor service standards and help resolve operational or guest-service issues.
- Contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in guest service.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
- Proven supervisory and leadership experience for the Supervisor position.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards, guest relations, and hospitality operations.
Salary: Assistant AED 2,500–AED 3,500; Supervisor AED 4,500–AED 6,500 per month (estimated).
Location: Dubai, UAE.
