CRM Executive

Job Overview: Forever Makeup Trading LLC is seeking a CRM Executive in Dubai to manage customer engagement, retention, and marketing automation activities. The successful candidate will plan campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS, develop customer segments and personalized journeys, and work with marketing and e-commerce teams to improve retention and conversions. This role is suited to professionals with 1–3 years of CRM, retention, or e-commerce marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and SMS channels.
• Create customer segments and personalized communication journeys.
• Build and manage welcome, abandoned-cart, win-back, and other automation flows.
• Identify opportunities for retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
• Monitor campaign revenue, conversions, ROI, and engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams.
• Test campaign content and customer journeys to improve performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer retention, or e-commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp, email, SMS, or CRM platforms.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Klaviyo, WebEngage, MoEngage, WATI, or AiSensy is an advantage.
• Shopify experience is preferred.
• Applicants must currently be based in Dubai.

Salary: AED 5,000–AED 8,000 per month (estimated).

Location: Dubai, UAE.
