Job Overview: Talenza Partners is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of a confidential client in the Travel Technology sector in Dubai. The role focuses on business development, client acquisition, relationship management, negotiations, and revenue growth. The successful candidate should have a proven sales track record and be able to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure while working closely with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and business development plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Present solutions, conduct commercial discussions, and negotiate agreements.
- Manage leads and opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market activity and identify opportunities within the UAE Travel Tech sector.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Travel Technology experience is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- UAE market experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.
Salary: AED 12,000–AED 18,000 per month (estimated).
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Employment: Full Time.
