System Administrator

Job Overview: VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is recruiting an experienced System Administrator for a confidential client in Dubai. The position is focused on maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, networking, virtualization, backups, and technical support. Candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience are sought, with preference for professionals currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Manage TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, and related network services.
• Maintain VMware and/or Hyper-V virtual environments.
• Support system security, backups, updates, and operational reliability.
• Provide technical assistance to users and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant System Administrator experience.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID skills.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• Hands-on VMware and/or Hyper-V experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: AED 8,000–AED 12,000 per month (estimated).

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Employment: Full Time.
