    1. Inventory and stock control: A Storekeeper’s duty will be to make sure that there are items which are needed in stock at the right time. In this regard, it will monitor stock levels and make sure that depletion does not occur, but rather there is a reorder whenever the situation calls for such action.
    2. Stock rotation: Stock rotation refers to the taking of stock from the stock at the back and putting in stock of the same kind. This will lead to the better management of the people involved with the products at the différentes stages and will ensure that the storeroom is constantly occupied.
    3. Ordering and receiving: Ordering and receiving simply mean placing orders to suppliers of products and later receiving the goods and delivery to customers. In this case, the use of online, telephonic, or interpersonal approaches may be used.
    4. Receiving and unpacking: Receiving and unpacking entails the receiving of the items that have been ordered and taking them out of their pack and storing them.
    5. Storing: Store items in a storeroom until such time as they are to be sold. This includes putting products on shelves, piling up boxes, or any other suitable method that is necessary.
    6. Sales: Sales is dealing with the consignment of products to customers. This may involve tele marketing sales visits, diagnosing the pricing, completing paper work etc.
