About the Role
Landmark Group is looking for a creative In-Store Visual Merchandiser to help deliver attractive, brand-aligned retail environments in Dubai. The role is suited to someone who understands product styling and display execution and can work closely with store teams to improve the customer shopping experience. Success in this role depends on translating visual standards into practical store execution. The position requires creativity alongside attention to detail, consistency, and close cooperation with retail teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising standards across assigned store areas.
- Arrange products and displays to improve visual appeal, product visibility, and customer experience.
- Maintain fixtures, displays, and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Work with store teams on seasonal campaigns, promotions, and display changes.
- Review display quality and recommend practical improvements to strengthen presentation.
- Support consistent execution of visual concepts across the retail environment.
Requirements and Skills
- One to two years of experience as an In-Store Visual Merchandiser.
- UAE retail experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and technical execution.
- A strong eye for styling, product presentation, and retail displays.
- Passion for fashion, creativity, and customer-focused store experiences.
- Relevant education in fashion, visual merchandising, retail management, or a related area is advantageous.
