Lumber World Building Material Trading LLC is hiring an Indoor Sales Executive in Dubai to support customers and sales activity from within the business. The role suits a motivated communicator who can understand product requirements, share accurate information about building materials, prepare quotations, and follow enquiries through to a clear next step.
Employment type: Full Time. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Estimated compensation: AED 4,000–7,000 per month (estimated). Final pay and employment terms should be confirmed during recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about building material products.
- Understand customer requirements and help identify suitable materials or product options.
- Prepare quotations, share pricing details, and follow up on open enquiries.
- Maintain professional relationships with current customers and new prospects.
- Support sales targets through timely communication and organized sales coordination.
- Keep customer and quotation details accurate and communicate unusual requests to the relevant team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach to sales is required.
- Good communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills are important.
- Ability to understand customer needs and explain available solutions clearly is expected.
- Strong organization and attention to detail are essential.
- Experience in building materials trading would be an advantage.
- A business, sales, marketing, or related diploma or degree may be relevant.
