Confidential is inviting applications for the Instrument Technician position in United Arab Emirates. The opportunity is designed for professionals who can apply practical expertise in oil & gas while maintaining dependable standards in day-to-day work.

The role focuses on oil & gas instrumentation; calibration; troubleshooting; drilling/drilling rig preferred; hse. The successful candidate will work in a professional environment where accuracy, communication and consistent execution are important. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who can take ownership of assigned responsibilities and work effectively with colleagues.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Install, inspect, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot industrial instrumentation used in Oil & Gas operations.
  • Work with field devices such as transmitters, control valves and pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments.
  • Diagnose faults, complete repairs and verify equipment performance after maintenance activities.
  • Follow work instructions, permit requirements and HSE procedures during field and maintenance tasks.
  • Support reliable plant or rig operations by reporting equipment issues and completing maintenance records accurately.

Selection Profile

Candidates should have a relevant technical or industrial qualification and experience as an Instrument Technician in Oil & Gas. Drilling or drilling-rig exposure is preferred, together with practical experience involving transmitters, control valves and pressure, temperature, flow and level instruments.
