OPPEIN UAE is recruiting an Interior Designer & Sales Representative for its Abu Dhabi team. The position combines design consultation with client-facing sales and is suited to someone who can turn customer preferences, lifestyle needs and project budgets into practical home and interior solutions.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will guide clients through the design and sales process, from the first discussion to proposal preparation and deal closure. The work includes customized kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry and related interior products. Candidates with relevant sales experience and the ability to join immediately are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand each client’s design preferences, lifestyle requirements, functional needs and available project budget before recommending a solution.
- Prepare customized kitchen, wardrobe, cabinetry and interior design concepts that reflect the client brief and available space.
- Present design proposals, product recommendations, quotations and related information in a clear and professional manner.
- Manage the sales process from the initial consultation through follow-up, negotiation and successful deal closure.
- Work toward assigned sales targets while building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support project planning, order progress, delivery arrangements and smooth execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in interior design or related sales work.
- Demonstrated sales experience involving kitchens, cabinetry, furniture, interior solutions or real estate.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Proficiency in interior design software and a sound understanding of space planning and customized home solutions.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills. Immediate availability to join is essential.
Skills
The position requires design awareness alongside commercial ability. Useful strengths include space planning, preparing visual concepts, interpreting client briefs, presenting solutions, negotiating sales and coordinating project handovers with internal teams.
Employment Details
This is a full-time role based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, within the interior design and home solutions sector. The estimated monthly salary is AED 8,000–12,000 plus commission. Candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience and be available for immediate joining.
