Internal Audit Manager

Ittihad International Investment is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead audit engagements and strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls across the organization. The ideal candidate will have current managerial-level audit experience and strong exposure to manufacturing-sector audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage internal audit engagements across the organization.
• Assess internal controls, governance processes, and risk-management frameworks.
• Conduct manufacturing-sector audits and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve compliance and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Currently working as an Internal Audit Manager.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Big 4 experience is preferred.
• Proven manufacturing-sector internal-audit experience.
• CIA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• Must currently be based in Abu Dhabi.
