Internal Auditor

A well-established organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor with a solid insurance industry background to join its Internal Audit team.

You’ll evaluate internal controls, conduct audit testing, identify process gaps, and help drive compliance and governance improvements across the organization. Minimum 3 years of insurance-sector audit experience is mandatory.

What you’ll do:

• Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, financial processes, and operational procedures
• Conduct audit testing and review supporting documentation
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend practical improvements
• Prepare accurate audit working papers and document findings
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and organizational standards
• Support risk assessment and continuous process improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience in the insurance industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
