The Deep Seafood Company is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join its Abu Dhabi branch. The successful candidate will support inventory operations by maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory levels, preparing reports, and assisting with daily administrative activities. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock movements and assist with inventory tracking activities.
- Update inventory databases and prepare regular stock reports.
- Coordinate with purchasing and store teams regarding stock requirements.
- Assist with stock audits, inventory counts, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure proper documentation and recording of inventory transactions.
- Support daily administrative and inventory-related operations.
- Maintain organized filing systems and inventory documentation.
- Assist in preparing inventory and accounts-related reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory management procedures and stock control practices.
- Previous accounts or inventory-related experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately with numerical data and records.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
