A Dubai company is seeking a proactive IT Executive to keep its day-to-day IT operations running smoothly and provide reliable technical support across the business. This is a good match for a problem-solver with hands-on troubleshooting experience who’s comfortable being the go-to person when something needs fixing.
You’ll cover everything from hardware and software troubleshooting to networking issues and website upkeep, making sure the company’s IT infrastructure stays dependable day in and day out.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing daily IT support to employees and resolving technical issues
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Managing and maintaining company websites and related technical needs
- Monitoring IT systems to keep infrastructure running smoothly
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly
- Communicating clearly with internal teams while handling IT challenges proactively
What you’ll bring
- UAE experience in a similar IT role
- Strong IT support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware, software, and networking support
- Experience managing and maintaining websites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with immediate availability preferred
