HR Officer / HR Executive

GT4 Car Care is looking for a motivated HR Officer / HR Executive to join its team in Al Qusais, Dubai. If you’ve got a year or two of UAE HR experience and a genuine willingness to grow, this role offers a solid foundation in HR operations within the automotive services space.

You’ll support the full range of day-to-day HR activities, from recruitment and onboarding to keeping employee records straight and making sure the company stays compliant with UAE labour requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting daily HR operations and employee-related activities
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with HR procedures and administrative tasks
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ensuring compliance with company policy and UAE labour requirements
• Coordinating with employees and management on HR matters

What you’ll bring

• 1–2 years of UAE HR experience
• Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• A willingness to learn and grow professionally, with full-time availability
