Be You Clinics is seeking a capable and motivated IT Executive to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to day-to-day operations while working in a professional environment where accuracy, communication, and timely delivery are important.
The position sits within the Healthcare / Information Technology function and requires Experience in IT Support or an IT Executive role. Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree or diploma in information technology, computer science, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 6,000–9,000 (Estimated). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and clinical users.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, software, peripherals and network equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user-access issues promptly.
- Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, security controls and technology improvements.
- Document technical issues and coordinate with vendors when specialist support is required.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in IT support or as an IT Executive.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Healthcare or clinic technology experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, organization and ability to prioritize support requests.
