Uniwell is seeking a capable and motivated Sales Executive – Fragrance Diffusers & Scenting Solutions to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to professionals who can bring practical expertise, dependable execution, and a strong commitment to quality. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to day-to-day operations while working in a professional environment where accuracy, communication, and timely delivery are important.
The position sits within the Sales / Retail / Fragrance Solutions function and requires Experience in fragrance diffusers, scent marketing, or B2B sales. Candidates should hold bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. The indicated compensation is AED 4,500–7,000 per month (Estimated). The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively, manage assigned responsibilities efficiently, maintain professional standards, and respond positively to changing business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads across hotels, offices, retail outlets and commercial clients.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate scenting solutions.
- Negotiate proposals, follow up on enquiries and close sales against targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and submit accurate sales activity reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in fragrance products, scent marketing or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the UAE commercial market and customer landscape.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong relationship-building, follow-up and sales reporting skills.
