Job Overview
An organization in Al Aziziyah, Riyadh is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead to help maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology services. This full-time position focuses on day-to-day infrastructure operations, network and server administration, service-provider coordination, and improvements to systems that support business activities. The estimated monthly salary is SAR 10,000–15,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations and help ensure that business systems remain available and dependable.
- Maintain networks, servers, VPN connections, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and related IT systems.
- Plan and monitor infrastructure upgrades, modernization work, and technical improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, track service delivery, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Support information-security controls, backup procedures, and disaster-recovery activities.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot infrastructure problems, and work to reduce service interruptions.
- Keep operational records and communicate relevant issues, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Two to four years of practical experience in IT infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on familiarity with networks, server administration, VPNs, wireless networks, firewalls, and backup solutions.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical matters clearly.
- Knowledge of infrastructure security, recovery planning, and service continuity.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft/Azure, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are preferred.
Skills and Work Environment
The role calls for structured troubleshooting, careful documentation, vendor coordination, and a practical approach to improving system reliability. The successful candidate should be comfortable balancing routine maintenance with infrastructure projects and responding calmly to operational issues. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Riyadh.
