Position Overview
IT Infrastructure Lead opportunity based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a professional who can bring dependable execution, sound judgement, clear communication, and a practical approach to daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to team objectives, maintain professional standards, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure operations covering networks, servers, endpoints, and core IT services.
- Plan upgrades, maintenance, monitoring, and improvements to system availability.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve incidents and meet service expectations.
- Support security controls, backups, recovery procedures, and infrastructure documentation.
- Track performance, investigate recurring issues, and recommend practical improvements.
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant experience: 2–4 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional conduct, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures.
- Hands-on knowledge of networks, servers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and backup solutions is required.
- CCNA, Microsoft/Azure, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certifications are beneficial.
