Position Overview
Interior Fit-Out Engineer opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to a professional who can bring dependable execution, sound judgement, clear communication, and a practical approach to daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to team objectives, maintain professional standards, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out activities and verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Track site progress, material requirements, and project milestones against schedules.
- Inspect workmanship, identify defects, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Promote compliance with site safety rules, quality requirements, and project procedures.
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant experience: Previous UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Education: Relevant engineering qualification.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional conduct, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Knowledge of site supervision, fit-out execution, construction practices, and quality control.
