Marketing Lead – Performance & Digital Growth opportunity based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time opportunity is suited to a professional who can bring dependable execution, sound judgement, clear communication, and a practical approach to daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will contribute to team objectives, maintain professional standards, and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
- Monitor campaign budgets, channel performance, leads, conversions, and return on investment.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agency teams to deliver timely marketing assets.
- Use analytics and customer insights to improve targeting, content, and campaign results.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on measurable data.
Requirements and Skills
- Relevant experience: 5–7 years in digital or performance marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, work collaboratively, and maintain accurate records.
- Professional conduct, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures.
- Hands-on familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads; TikTok or LinkedIn Ads is beneficial.
- Understanding of SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, retargeting, A/B testing, and campaign metrics.
