IT Officer is an opportunity with Madain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This Full Time position is suited to professionals who can apply relevant knowledge, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and maintain high standards in a professional working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s day-to-day performance and help deliver reliable results within the assigned function.
The role requires 3+ years together with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field. Candidates should demonstrate practical capability, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required. Where applicable, local UAE or GCC experience, market knowledge, professional licensing, language ability, or specialist systems knowledge will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support.
- Install and maintain Windows and Microsoft 365.
- Monitor network performance, backups and security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Maintain system reliability.
- Support business operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years IT/technical support experience.
- Windows and Microsoft 365 experience.
- Strong troubleshooting ability.
- Network administration knowledge.
- Information security and backup knowledge.
- Active Directory, Firewall and VPN experience preferred.
Compensation
The advertised compensation is SAR 6,000 – 9,000 per month (Estimated). Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant experience, technical knowledge, and measurable results during the selection process.
