Sales Engineer is an opportunity with Hydrotech Inspection & Calibration Services FZE L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This Commission-Based position is suited to professionals who can apply relevant knowledge, communicate effectively, manage priorities, and maintain high standards in a professional working environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization’s day-to-day performance and help deliver reliable results within the assigned function.
The role requires Industrial inspection/calibration/testing experience preferred together with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field. Candidates should demonstrate practical capability, attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and the ability to work independently when required. Where applicable, local UAE or GCC experience, market knowledge, professional licensing, language ability, or specialist systems knowledge will be important.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business across the UAE.
- Promote inspection, calibration, testing and engineering services.
- Build client relationships.
- Prepare quotations and follow up enquiries.
- Negotiate opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams.
- Monitor market trends.
- Achieve sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Industrial inspection/calibration/NDT/hydrotesting/lifting experience preferred.
- UAE industrial market knowledge.
- Strong communication and negotiation.
- Valid UAE driving licence mandatory.
- Own UAE visa mandatory.
- Self-motivated business development approach.
Compensation
The advertised compensation is AED 6,000 – 10,000 per month + commission (Estimated). Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate relevant experience, technical knowledge, and measurable results during the selection process.
