GS IT Infrastructure
GS IT Infrastructure is seeking a skilled, experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join its team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. A good fit for candidates with hands-on experience in the Dubai IT distribution and system integration market, plus strong knowledge of IT products, accessories, and procurement processes.
You’ll source IT solutions, manage vendor relationships, negotiate quotations, and ensure competitive pricing, quality standards, and timely deliveries — a solid opportunity for professionals with strong negotiation abilities within the IT procurement industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate quotations for IT, AV, ELV, and ICT products
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers and distributors
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technology partners
- Identify cost-effective procurement solutions while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product requirements
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of products
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in IT procurement, preferably within Dubai’s system integration market
- Strong understanding of IT products, accessories, and technology solutions
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Able to manage multiple procurement activities efficiently
