MyShops UAE is looking for motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join its growing Dubai retail team. A great fit for individuals with a passion for technology, strong sales skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced electronics retail environment.
You’ll help customers select the right technology products, hit sales targets, and represent some of the world’s leading consumer electronics brands, with attractive performance-based incentives, professional training, and career advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting smartphones, IT products, consumer electronics, and accessories
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on technology trends
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support daily store operations and maintain attractive product displays
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in electronics retail sales
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Proven track record hitting sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
- UAE retail experience an added advantage
