Codify Innovations Technologies is expanding its team and looking for a motivated IT Sales Executive to drive business growth across the UAE. A good fit for a confident sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting innovative technology solutions.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business through outbound sales efforts, engaging with decision-makers, and presenting IT solutions that meet client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proactive mindset and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Generate leads through outbound calls and business development activities
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Present IT products and technology solutions to business decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Previous experience in IT or technology sales preferred
- Fluent in both English and Malayalam
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven approach
- Ability to confidently present technology solutions to clients
- Strong knowledge of IT products and technology solutions, B2B sales, lead generation, and outbound prospecting, client relationship management and sales closing techniques
