Mathews Metal is on the lookout for an experienced IT Support professional to keep its Dubai operations running without a hitch. This role is ideal for a proactive troubleshooter who enjoys solving problems quickly and takes ownership of the technology that keeps a business moving.
You’ll be the first line of defense for hardware, software, and networking issues, helping employees stay productive and the company’s IT infrastructure stable and secure. Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be prioritized.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing prompt technical support and resolving IT issues as they arise
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and system-level problems
- Supporting employees with their day-to-day IT needs
- Assisting with networking and system administration tasks
- Managing user accounts, access permissions, and IT infrastructure
- Diagnosing technical issues to minimize downtime
- Ensuring reliable, efficient IT support across the organization
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of hardware and software support
- Understanding of networking and system administration
- Familiarity with user access management and IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- UAE experience preferred; immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
