Job Requirements for Facility/Operations Engineer:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of relevant UAE Facilities Management experience specializing in MEP operations
- Valid UAE manual driving license
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Familiarity with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards
Job Requirements for Swimming Pool/Water Features Engineer (Maintenance):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience in swimming pool and aquatic systems
- Expertise in operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pools, saunas, jacuzzis, plunge pools, and fountains
- Valid UAE manual driving license
- Strong knowledge of chlorine/pH testing and control procedures
- Experience supervising cleaners, technicians, and contractors
- Conduct inspections and ensure corrective actions
- Act as liaison with clients and suppliers
- Ensure PPM and reactive tasks are completed in CAFM
- Maintain stock and manage procurement
- Prepare quotations and follow up for approvals
Job Requirements for Pool Maintenance Technician:
- ITI or Diploma holder with 3 to 5 years of swimming pool/aquatic system maintenance experience
- Skilled in operation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems
- Conduct regular inspections and corrective actions
- Execute PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
- Raise material requests and work orders in CAFM
- Support engineers in technical tasks and contractor coordination
Job Requirements for Civil Technician (Painter/Carpenter/Mason):
- ITI Certification or Diploma in relevant trade
- Valid UAE manual driving license
- 2 to 3 years of GCC Facilities Management experience
