Junior Accountant

Aqua Flair Trading LLC is expanding its finance team in Dubai and is on the lookout for a motivated, detail-driven Junior Accountant with hands-on Odoo Accounting experience to help keep daily financial operations running smoothly.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations, while supporting monthly reporting, VAT documentation and month/year-end closing. This is a great next step for someone who enjoys structured accounting work and wants to deepen their Odoo expertise within a growing trading company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounting transactions using Odoo Accounting
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments and expense entries
• Assist with bank reconciliations and account balancing
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on receivables
• Support preparation of financial reports and accounting statements
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase documents and financial files
• Assist with VAT documentation and related accounting tasks
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Coordinate with internal departments on invoices, payments and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting is mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• UAE accounting experience is an advantage
• Must currently reside in the UAE

Salary: AED 4,500–6,500 (estimated)
