Aqua Flair Trading LLC
Aqua Flair Trading LLC is expanding its finance team in Dubai and is on the lookout for a motivated, detail-driven Junior Accountant with hands-on Odoo Accounting experience to help keep daily financial operations running smoothly.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing and reconciliations, while supporting monthly reporting, VAT documentation and month/year-end closing. This is a great next step for someone who enjoys structured accounting work and wants to deepen their Odoo expertise within a growing trading company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process day-to-day accounting transactions using Odoo Accounting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments and expense entries
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on receivables
- Support preparation of financial reports and accounting statements
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase documents and financial files
- Assist with VAT documentation and related accounting tasks
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments on invoices, payments and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- UAE accounting experience is an advantage
- Must currently reside in the UAE
Salary: AED 4,500–6,500 (estimated)
