Junior Fashion Designer

Regal Trades LLC is inviting creative, detail-driven talent to apply for the role of Junior Fashion Designer at its Dubai studio. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their fashion career who wants hands-on exposure to concept development, trend research, and production coordination inside a supportive design team.

You’ll work closely with senior designers to bring fashion concepts to life, from initial sketches through to mood boards and production-ready designs, while staying immersed in the latest trends shaping the industry. The company is especially keen to hear from candidates who are already based in the UAE and ready to start without delay.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contributing to fashion concepts, sketches, and design development
• Helping the design team pull together mood boards, color palettes, and trend research
• Creating and refining designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Liaising with production and sampling teams to bring designs to life accurately
• Keeping design records, files, and documentation organized
• Tracking current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands

What you’ll bring:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in fashion design
• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and a finger on the pulse of fashion trends
• Good English communication skills
• Current UAE residency, with immediate joiners preferred
