IFPS is growing its UAE team and wants to bring in a Junior Technical Assistant who’s ready to launch a career in IT. This role is built for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who have the fundamentals down and a genuine eagerness to learn on the job in a professional setting.
You’ll work alongside the technical team on day-to-day IT support, get exposure to hardware and networking troubleshooting, and build the kind of hands-on experience that sets up a long-term IT career. Anyone currently based in the UAE and ready to start immediately is especially encouraged to apply.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the technical team with daily IT support and operational tasks
- Helping troubleshoot basic hardware, networking, and technical issues
- Assisting with installation, maintenance, and configuration of IT equipment
- Keeping technical records and helping with system documentation
- Providing technical assistance to internal teams as needed
What you’ll bring
- Freshers with solid technical fundamentals are very welcome to apply
- A Degree, Diploma, or ITI in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Hardware & Networking
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Ready to join immediately
- Comfort with computer hardware troubleshooting and basic networking concepts
