L3 Windows Administrator

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is recruiting an experienced L3 Windows Administrator on behalf of a client in Dubai. This is a senior, hands-on infrastructure role for someone who lives and breathes enterprise Windows environments and enjoys being the person who solves the hardest problems.

You’ll be the escalation point for complex Level 3 incidents, keeping mission-critical Windows infrastructure secure, available, and running at its best — while also automating away the repetitive stuff wherever you can.

What you’ll be doing:

• Administering, maintaining, and optimizing Windows Server environments
• Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking services
• Handling advanced troubleshooting and resolving complex Level 3 incidents
• Supporting virtualization platforms, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions
• Writing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks
• Monitoring server performance to ensure high availability, security, and reliability

What you’ll bring:

• 8+ years of Windows Server administration experience
• Strong expertise across Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
• Solid experience with DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking
• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills
• Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery tools
• A proven track record in L3 incident and problem management

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. This full-time role offers a strong package reflecting the seniority and technical depth required.
