Dautom is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive for its recruitment business in Dubai. The position concentrates on identifying decision-makers in IT companies, creating a healthy pipeline of qualified business leads, and arranging conversations that can develop into long-term staffing partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify hiring managers and decision-makers at prospective IT clients.
- Use targeted research and outreach to generate qualified leads and strengthen the sales pipeline.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other appropriate channels to build relevant business contacts.
- Arrange introductory meetings and maintain organized follow-up with prospects.
- Work with recruitment delivery teams to convert opportunities into sustained client relationships.
- Update CRM records, outreach activity, and pipeline progress accurately.
Requirements
- Bring 4–7 years of lead generation or B2B sales experience in IT sales, manpower services, or IT staffing.
- Have hands-on experience prospecting through LinkedIn.
- Be comfortable using CRM tools and managing sales pipeline information.
- Show strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up discipline.
- Understand the UAE market or be able to research it effectively.
- Be self-motivated, commercially aware, and focused on business growth.
