Job Overview
MAI Blue is looking for a Business Development Executive to support sales growth and build client relationships in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The role will focus on finding new prospects, promoting the company’s products, maintaining customer contact, and following up on potential sales. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, comfortable visiting clients, and motivated by achieving clear business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and approach new business prospects within the FMCG market.
- Build productive relationships with existing customers and new potential accounts.
- Present relevant products and services in a clear, customer-focused manner.
- Conduct client visits, follow up on enquiries, and progress open opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and respond to their business needs.
- Contribute to sales growth through consistent outreach and relationship management.
Requirements
- Have at least two years of experience in the FMCG sector.
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence for client visits and business development activities.
- Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Be able to identify new prospects and maintain a customer account pipeline.
- Work independently, stay organized, and follow through on sales opportunities.
- Bring a proactive, results-driven approach to meeting business targets.
