Job Overview
A construction company in the UAE is seeking a Senior QA/QC Engineer to ensure that site activities meet project specifications and documented quality standards. The role calls for strong construction quality experience, disciplined inspection practices, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors. The successful candidate will maintain quality plans and records while helping identify and resolve non-conformances before they affect delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans and site quality procedures.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments throughout construction activities.
- Review and manage ITPs, method statements, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and related records.
- Check work against project drawings, specifications, standards, and approved documentation.
- Coordinate quality matters with project management, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Identify recurring defects and support corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Bring 8–10 years of relevant quality experience in construction projects.
- Understand QA/QC systems and the implementation of project quality plans.
- Have experience conducting inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
- Be organized, detail-focused, and able to communicate quality findings clearly.
- Be available to join immediately or within a short notice period, as preferred.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Experience: 8–10 Years.
Relevant skills include Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Project Quality Plans, ITP, Method Statements, MIR, WIR, NCR, Site Inspections, Audits. Candidates should be ready to explain relevant experience and how they maintain quality and accuracy.
Employment Details
Employment type: Full-time. Company: Confidential. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Compensation: AED 15,000–AED 25,000 per month, estimated.
The estimated compensation is AED 15,000–25,000 per month. Strong command of construction quality documentation and inspection standards is essential.
