Job Overview
A real estate organization in Dubai is seeking a Lead Generator to plan digital campaigns and develop qualified enquiries for property developers. The role is intended for a results-focused digital marketing professional with practical experience in real estate lead generation, paid advertising and conversion improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
- Create or coordinate marketing content, ad creatives and promotional material for campaigns.
- Manage websites and landing pages with the aim of improving enquiry and lead conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and return on investment.
- Use HubSpot CRM to organize leads and manage campaign-related activity.
- Analyze campaign information and prepare reports that identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage campaign activity from initial planning through optimization and performance reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Real estate industry experience is essential for this vacancy.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong content creation and copywriting ability.
- Experience managing websites, landing pages and HubSpot CRM.
- Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work in JLT, Dubai.
