A construction company is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for a QS professional with extensive experience in building and infrastructure projects, strong cost management skills, and a background in contract administration. Immediate joiners already based in the UAE are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimations
- Support budgeting activities and monitor project costs
- Manage BOQs, variations, claims, and contract administration processes
- Maintain project documentation and prepare required reports
- Assist with project cost control and financial monitoring
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective cost management
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building and infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience handling BOQs, variations, claims, and project cost control
- Familiarity with project documentation and reporting procedures
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant QS software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
