Job Overview
Seek & Settle is expanding its Dubai sales team and inviting motivated professionals from India to consider opportunities in the real estate sector. The vacancies are aimed at candidates who enjoy working with clients, communicating property opportunities and building a performance-driven sales career. Real estate experience is useful but is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.
- Present real estate opportunities and help clients understand relevant property options.
- Guide interested customers through sales discussions and the next steps in the process.
- Work toward individual sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Use effective communication and negotiation to understand needs and progress discussions.
- Coordinate with internal colleagues to provide clients with a smooth and responsive experience.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional contact throughout the customer journey.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in client handling, sales, customer success or a related position.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate from India to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- A self-motivated, target-focused approach and confidence in client-facing work.
- A bachelor’s degree is indicated as an estimated qualification.
