Job Overview
Bioventure Healthcare FZE is recruiting a Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse activities at its Dubai facility. This position is intended for an experienced warehouse professional who understands pharmaceutical storage and inventory control and can lead a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle-count activities.
- Ensure warehouse procedures follow cGMP, GDP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead, train and supervise warehouse employees, providing guidance on daily activities and standards.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Production teams.
- Monitor warehouse processes and identify practical improvements to efficiency and service.
- Maintain reliable warehouse information and support accurate system-based stock records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- A diploma or certification in Material Management or Supply Chain is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical warehousing and inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with a warehouse management system such as Oracle ERP or SAP.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

- Pharmaceutical warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Oracle ERP, SAP or comparable warehouse management systems.
- cGMP, GDP and regulatory compliance.
- Team supervision, stock accuracy and process improvement.
